My visit today was the worst one I've had in the 16 years going to this location. I was helped by a very rude woman named Denise who proceeded to yell at me and slam my package around. She was rude to all of the previous customers before me and continuously insulted customers loud enough to hear clear across the room. I was already apprehensive about approaching her counter, but by the time I left I had tears in my eyes and I had to hurry across the poorly made parking lot to my car where I proceeded to cry until I was calm enough to drive home. I was so upset by my encounter with her that I had to cancel all my plans for the rest of the day and just head home. This is supposed to be the holiday season. A happy time where I can sent presents to friends and family. Not one where i head home crying and hoping nothing was broken because this lady decided to take her anger out on my package.
