I have had nothing but bad luck with this Walgreens. I stopped using the pharmacy because they would fill your order, with the real thing, instead of the generic, and then you would get charged for the real thing, which was very expensive, compared to the generic. Also they were always out of everything. They would give you a couple pills and say you'll have to come back next week for the rest of them. Then I ordered a photographed mouse pad that was suppose to be ready for pick up on the 25th. I called everyday, to see where it was. No one would go look for it, no one would call and inquire about it. The last time I called on it, I was at the Phoenix airport, and I made it all the way to Maricopa, before they found it. It had been sitting there all the time, but no one wanted to look for it. They charged me $8.00 for it, and then tried to give me a $20.00 gift card for my inconvenience. I told them to keep their gift card. I am done with this store. CVS, here I come. There just aren't any good excuses for laziness. I forgot to mention, that day, I had to call back about 5 times, because they kept hanging up on me. They really need to clean house and get some employees who care, or they will end up out of business.
