Provided by YP.comAslan, my Corgi puppy has very sensitive paws, and they are good about accommodating his for grooming, My previous dog was an Alaskan Klee Kai who required frequent grooming, and I always had a great experience. My Corgi puppy loves to play here, and he really keeps up with the big dogs, and I know Jim and Marcia do a great job watching and interacting with the dogs, making sure everything is fun and safe. I really enjoy seeing the videos they send of my puppy having a great time in their career. That special touch, knowing they appreciate the human and canine customers and really get to know your four-legged family members, is priceless. I really like that they added an overnight service too, which was fantastic when I needed to be out of town. I have had good experienced with the grooming and even had the pleasure of private training to with Jim to help my puppy adapt to life with other senior dogs because they were not getting along, and it was stressful for everyone. Now everyone gets along.

Provided by YP.comToo bad you can't rate at a zero. I bought a groupon for my Dad because he has been in the hospital for 2 weeks and my mother has been with him. The groomer agreed to take the groupon if I would brush out mats after bath. The owner came in and told my daughter it would be 25 extra for mats she decided to just pay it and not bother me again at work. BUT...When we picked daisy up we were charged $75 and she looked horrible, bald in some areas and not even touched in others, some places looked half cut like the groomer was stopped half way through. Her eyes had a green gunk coming out that wasn't there before her visit and when I called about the pricing, the owner said "it is not my fault you can't communicate with your daughter." HORRIBLE experience, I have never written a review before, I am sorry that it took this company to drive me to it.

Provided by YP.comSave your money and time!
They are rude and think they know everything simply because they "have been in business for 10 years". To top it off they want to charge almost $150 for 3 nights of dog day care. When questioned about the price they said it's because we have to bring the dog in prior to noon, their rule not mine, and they'll charge for a full day for the day of pickup. So, let me see, I want to bring my dog in on Friday at 5pm and pick him up on Monday at 5pm (72 hours) and you charged me just shy of $150 for that? Sounds like your OVER charging. Then when we ask then to reverse the credit card transaction they respond with "sorry we only give credit"! Really, you think it's fair for you to charge me $150 for services you haven't provided and then you refuse to refund? Good thing I paid with American Express and NOT CASH.
In closing, they may have been in business for 10 years but it's clearly 10 years too long, customer service is not a priority for them.
