When I got home from work, the temp was 80 degrees and the AC was definitely not working. I called just about every name in the phone book and was told there would be a 2-4 day wait before someone could come out.
The ONLY person that offered to come out that night was Dustin Forrester. He was at another job and was only 20 minutes from his home, but he agreed to drive over here when he was done, arriving here about 10 PM.
He was very concerned about my dogs health, as she had had a heart attack this week and was to stay calm and cool, and said that that is what made him come all the way over here at that hour.
He analyzed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and told me to call the office in the AM to schedule the installation. (They came out for the install 12 hours later.)
Dustin was such a nice guy. He was the only one that would come out at that hour. He was kind, considerate, answered all my questions, and explained what would need to be done.
We all appreciate his quick response and would recommend him to anyone.

Dustin heard about my dilemma and came right over, even though it was 10 PM. He told us what needed to be done, made sure we had a cool place to go for the night, and had the installers come the next morning to get us back in business.
Even though I have 4 feet and a lot of fur, I am SO much cooler now and just want to thank Dustin for his quick response and compassion for me. THANKS Dustin!

They are very reliable . Dustin Forrester was on time to the appointment and seems to care for the customer. They seem to have the right experts working for them. We had our furnace installed in 2001 and have their maintenance program agreement , they always call to set up appointments in a timely matter. I would recommend calling if you have any issues with your heating and cooling. You can also ask for the same technician which I recommend Dustin he does a great job.

Great place to use for all of your heating and airconditioning needs. Had David out today to check the furnance before the winter (under an annual service contract). very friendly and professional. Checked everything and then some. He made sure that I know what he had checked and gave me a full report to boot. Highly recommend him and the entire team from AccuTemp. Great people and a great company. They installed our heat and air system and have serviced it ever since. Never a problem when you need them or simply have a question.

Wow! Dustin came and saved the day. He came after hours and with a great attitude. My air conditioner was fixed in no time. I was so impressed with the service that I signed on with the planned maintenance program. Dustin is a wonderful representative of your company.

Recently I called AccuTemp Heating and Cooling to see what was wrong with our central air conditioner. Dustin was the technician that they sent to determine what was wrong with it. He came out to the house in a very timely manner and was very professional throughout the entire process. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide us with the appropriate options. We decided to replace the A/C unit. AccuTemp then made it happen. Later on, the installers did a great job as well. Thank- you AccuTemp for an outstanding job. I am delighted with my outcome.

My wife thought our a/c was not as cold as it could be, I called AccuTemp to come check it out. Pete our service tech found that our system was not operating at it's peak. He was able to get our system back to where my wife is now happy. Good service, and Pete knows his job.

This company is outstanding. David arrived within 2.5 hours and was a godsend. My 7 year old system had 2 freon leaks and he took the time to show me the problem and answer all my questions. While no one is happy about spending money on repairs for faulty coils (Thanks Carrier), David was courteous, competent, and exceeded my expectations.

David has been servicing our account over the past 4 years. He has always been extremely courteous and efficient. My cooling system is in need of some major work and David took the time to thoroughly explain what should be done and the attendant cost. As long as I live here I will hope David will continue to service my account. He's exceptional.

David came out to do a spring check up, and he was fast and efficient. He showed me that I was low on coolant in two of my units and promptly filled them. Very thorough job. I always have great service from Accutemp.

I had this company come out on a holiday weekend so I had to pay extra for the service call, which I understood from the beginning. The technician solved my a/c problem and talked me into doing some additional work. The technician had to disconnect the natural gas to my water heater in order to do his work and then he left without reconnecting the natural gas and relighting the pilot light on my water heater. I found out the following morning when I had to take a very cold shower. I called the company immediately and was told that they would have to "fit me in" but that it could be much later that day before they could come and light the pilot light. I'm a single lady and have never had to light a pilot light and, honestly, it scared me to think that I had to do it on my own. However, I was desperate to get some hot water since I had out of town guests coming that afternoon and had to clean house, etc. I asked my parents to drive over that morning (over 30 miles each way) and my Dad (who is 85) and I lit the pilot light on the water heater. I got no apology, no offer for compensation, nothing from the company. I will not utilize this company again and would not recommend them to friends or family.

Awesome customer service! I would highly recommend this company for installation and yearly service on your equipment. They are an exceptional company that really care about their customers.
