Excellent service and very helpful. My son was afraid of spiders and it was getting worse, so I took him here and Carmen worked with him and after first session he was completely free of fear. It was amazing, we worked 2 more sessions where other topics were discussed and he is completely free of fears to spiders, bees or any other 'creature' of that kind. THANK YOU SO MUCH CARMEN, YOU HELP US A LOT!!

ps/: we watched the mandatory video at home, so volume was not an issue for us. thx!!

I called here because I was battling a severe sleep disorder. I asked the receptionist if this was something Dr. LaRain had experience treating. I was asked to hold while the doctor was tracked down & the question posed. Dr. LaRain told the receptionist, "Oh, that's really easy to cure". I went in for several weeks with mixed results. She told me a few times she thought I was improving & she was "proud of me". I was to cut back to every 2 weeks with my sessions. During that next week, I was having a difficult time & called the office to ask if I was doing everything right. The Dr. was out. I called every day for 3 days, but somehow kept just missing her. Finally she called me back. She must have had me on speaker phone because there was all this chaos in the back ground- papers rustling, dogs barking. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. After 5 weeks, this latest incidence, & several hundred dollars later, I felt I was really not being helped at all. I called to cancel my up-coming appt. Amazingly, it was Dr. LaRain who answered. I told her why I was calling & told her i was upset that I had spent so much money on this issue when I was already so financially strapped. I told her I thought she suspected she was not going to be able to help me anymore & that's why she dodged my calls for so long. She got very defensive, raised her voice at me, & basically told me it was my fault I wasn't getting better. She told me I had "fought [her] every step of the way". Ironic, since previously she told me how proud she was of me. To cap that off, she kept calling me by the wrong name during the conversation. I feel foolish for putting any energy or resources into this establishment to begin with. Their in-take forms were barely legible, they had been copied so many times. The building is old & sounds carry form room to room. The chairs clang around during sessions making relaxing that much more difficult.



In all honestly, I did gain some helpful perspectives on myself & learned a few good relaxation techniques. But it certainly was not worth all that money since it did not fix my problem.
