I been a customer since January, and they have missed my pickup seven times. The excuses are many and creative, including an accusation that my trash wasn't out but........ they did pick up the recycling that day. and have on every day they missed the trash.
The office personnel are rude and a request by me to talk with the owner has not been acknowledged.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Amy Yarber is the worst office manager that I have ever spoken to. She is capable of making the customer feel very degraded and I have cancelled my service asap. I do not recommend using this company.
