Robert was just amazing. He came to the house and assessed our broken cellular blinds( very large 83" wide) and aftering opening it all up saw that the headrail held shredded material. While he might have said this was beyond repair( which it was) and sold us a new one for $600-$700( I had also priced this in JCPenny's), he wanted to try to reach out to the company,Graber, to see if they might honor this by supplying a new shade. Wonder of wonders, they did! Robert took care of everything: we did not have to supply even a receipt and in less than 2 weeks, he came over to install our brand new, even better shade for simply the cost of his labor- $125.00, which was also lower than the $200 others quoted us. Robert is a stand up guy whom you can trust and I hope will give your business to with confidence! He is also an approved Graber supplier!
