Provided by YP.comWhen I went to check in no one was at the desk and the check in I-pad was not working. I sat down waited when I told what happen. I was told if you do not check in we can not help you. I told here it was not working. Sorry no checking in we can not help you. I told them the check in i-pad was not working and no one was available to help. Still sorry no check in we can not help you.
Technology is great but if it does not work was good is it? Spend the money to have a human check in the customer.
