The people who work there are wonderful and I did like the service. The problem came when I moved and could no longer get there. I had been a member for over a year so I thought it would be easy to quit. To make a long story short, because of the small print in the contract, I was charged an additional 2 months without receiving any services. And other friends had problems when they lost there jobs and were told they would be put "on hold" but after 3 months were also charged for 2 months that they couldn't afford.
