Provided by YPmobileMy MIL has roadside assistance through AARP and its free towing within 12 miles of home. We were 11 miles from home and the tow truck driver said we had to pay for anything over 5 miles which is wrong. He didn't even give my 67 yr old MIL time to call AARP and get it straightened out...he got into his truck and pulled away after saying he couldnt wait. He didnt even ask to see yhe AARP card or anything.

Provided by YPmobileAll I needed was a tow from my house to my mechanic from this company.. They showed up 2 and a half hours after dispatch, followed me to my mechanic, and forced me to pay for an imaginary extra 3 miles for the tow. I logged the mileage on my own car since the tow truck was following me the entire time and my miles checked out to be the same as if you were to have the miles measured by a GPS. When I pointed this out to the driver, he proceeded to have his boss call me. This woman was extremely combative and unprofessional, cursing at me, saying she doesn't care what a GPS or my speedometer says, and telling me that she was going to impound my car if I didn't pay the entire fee... Then she hung up.
This was seriously the worst customer service I ever experienced and they should be ashamed. I know 3 miles ($15) is not a lot, but when you're a single mother living and you're not stupid and naive, $15 is a lot to pay for absolutely nothing.

Provided by YP.comThe tow truck came within 30 minutes of dispatch, but left my car in the middle of the auto shop parking lot without a word to anyone at the establishment. The shops guys were irritated and didn't get to my car immediately because they didn't know why it was unceremoniously dumped. I was at work and couldn't accompany the car. I will not use D & Ds autows Inc again.

Provided by YP.comThis place is the absolute WORST! My car wouldn't start - had to tow it. We have a shop we usually use but its far so upon the tow-truck driver's recommendation, I had it towed to e-Motorworks. BIG mistake!!! From the moment they picked up the phone, I knew I didn't want these people working on my car - so unprofessional!!!! It took until the next day to get an estimate, even though they picked the car up at 12:30. They called back the next morning and said it needed a tune-up and an "air flow meter" - there is no such part for this year CRV, there is an air mass sensor, but not till 2007 - no idea what he was talking about. Anyway, he said $170 in labor, but couldn't give me a price for parts. I asked if he could just get the car started. He told me not without the tune-up and air-flow meter. He had to call me a 2nd time to give me a price on parts, which was $450. I immediately told him to pull the car out - I would come get it. When I arrived and paid the towing bill and the $95 "diagnostic fee", my car was somehow magically started and running. I drove it to my shop. His tune-up and "Air Flow Meter" was %100 bogus. I go to Cabenas Japanese Auto - look them up on Kudzu. I would have spent $620 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! AVOID this place like the PLAGUE!!!
