East Side Elementary offers a variety of educational programs to students throughout the state of Georgia. The school provides several subjects, such as English, math, science, social studies, computer applications, and physical and health education. It also offers other classes in music, dance, orchestra, theater and fine arts. It organizes various programs that include Sunshine Science Seminar, book and science fairs and parent-teacher appreciation lunches. The school also organizes sports events, including kickball, softball, baseball, cross country, and track and field. It has an enrollment of more than 800 students in grades kindergarten through five. The school is located in Marietta, Ga., and is affiliated with the Cobb County Schools.
