Provided by YP.comI tried them for the first time to save myself some time. Price for 30k service posted on web and I had a warranty repair. They overcharged me for the service and charged me hourly for warranty repair. Service Mgr told me it was my fault, I had not told them the repair was warranty work- except when I called and made my appt.
Get an estimate in writing before you give them your keys, better yet drive to Woodstock for much better service.
Customer always right - not at Ed Voyles Honda.

Provided by YP.comEd Voyles Honda was the only dealership that honored the ONLINE quote given. The general sales manager came out and made us feel very special. The experience was like a 5 Star hotel.

Provided by YP.comI took my vehicle to their shop for apparently a minor leak of the heater hose. I had opened the hood and hear a hissing sound. When I took it in, I assumed it was going to be a minor fix. The next thing I know, there are telling me that I have to replace the radiator and compressor. The reason stated was that the car had been involved in some type of front end collision. I conferred with the dealership as well as the Carfax sheet and there was no indication of such damage. When I requested to see the damaged parts, I was told that they were already sent to the junk yard.
Needless to say, I was quite confused. The car has driven for more than 5 months and there was no indication of this problem. If such a damaging collision had occurred, I feel like it should have been documented on Carfax.
Needless to say, I won't ever return to Ed Voyles Honda or any of their other companies for service of any type.
I am thoroughly disgusted because with their handling of so called the repairs. so if you go, be aware!

Provided by YP.comBeware! They gave me a quote on a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation. The quote was $6,000 below the dealer invoice, $10,000 below MSRP. I called Colville Mackenzie, the sales representative back immediately and asked if we were talking about the same car. He confirmed that yes, it was a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation, that this was the price his sales manager gave him, and that they "were in the business of selling cars." I called him a third time and told him to send me an email with the quote, along with the year, make, model, and navigation system. He sent it in writing. I drove up to the dealership today to look at the car and buy it. I met Colville Mackenzie, he walks me out the the car, it was as described, but a demo with 2300 miles on it. I didn't mind. I was getting a great deal. I told him to draft up the final numbers. I was ready to drive this car away. Then came the paper shuffling and back-and-forth to the sales manager's office. Mr. Mackenzie sits at the table with me and explains there's been a 'mistake.' His sales manager was very busy yesterday and thought he was quoting on a CRV with Nav. He shoves a price in front of me (for a demo) that is at FULL MSRP!!!! Then he wanted to make a deal. He asked how much I was willing to pay for the car. I told him $10000 below MSRP. He said that it was unrealistic. Well.....it was realistic yesterday! And you sent it to me in writing! Don't do business with this dealership. PERIOD!

Provided by YP.comGreg was my sales person. He was very easy to work with. As soon as I mentioned the lease specials on the Honda Accord, he immediately explained the details involved with it, and helped me pick the right color. I was in and out within the hour with my brand new accord. Thanks.
