Terrible experience. Did not have the proper vehicle ready, or any vehicle ready. Somehow they called my old work number to give me a message which I did not get. Downgraded me from a full size SUV to a minivan. Had to travel 2-3 miles to a different lot to wait for the minivan. Employee cleaning the minivan was far more concerned about his phone call than finishing the vehicle. The windows were nasty. Got charged $80.00 more than contracted price. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! What a rip off!!!!
