I am Indian, I am Basically from Mumbai ,india and I regularly have Indian food outside. I've been to other Indian restaurants in the area and had a decent experience ,I wanted the best Indian food for my Birthday because my Friends are from India and we picked in this Indian Restaurant in down town because we have tried many Indian restaurants and we found this restaurant to be the best amongst the lot. The on site tandoor with exceptional decoration. When we went to the restaurant to settle the bill we were asked to share our experience with others and I thought of writting on the net. I can not thank anymore when I told the owners to give special attantion because I want my all friends to be impressed and they were really impressed and I am glad we picked this indian restaurant to cater the birthday.The customer service was great and Offcourse India is Great Than That of Other Countries.I am very proud to be an Indian.REGARDS - Ashish Pandey ( Mumbai, India )

For someone who comes from the same culture Haveli was a dissapointment. The food is not particularly tasty and was mostly stale. The atmosphere in the restaurant was dark with no music. I am relatively easy to please but sorry I can't rate Haveli higher than 2 stars. Now Tandoor, which is just on the other side of the bridge, has no appeal when it comes to the restaurant (if you can call it!) but the food was 'finger-lickin' good. I ld rather go where the food is tastier. Haveli was a gross disappointment. Will I go there again? Only time (and my yearning for desi food) will tell...

the food excel. i never had such a good indian food in USA.
