I filled out a form on their website on a Sunday and they got back to me the next day. I asked them a few more questions I had and decided to sign up with them. I had been considering a few other property managers, but was very impressed by the ads they did and how that helps get more renters to pick from. They came out to my house later that week for the photos. We first walked around the house and talked about things and then they started setting up everything. They had these big umbrellas and lights and stuff. It was pretty neat. I felt like my house was going to be in a magazine or something. The pictures ended up coming out really beautiful and I actually framed one they took of my sunroom to put up in my new house in Tampa. They contacted me about a week and a half later and let me know they had a good applicant come in. It was a married couple with a dog. I hadn't really wanted to do any dogs in the house as I was worried about it destroying stuff, but I decided just to go ahead and do it as they sounded really great other than that. We did get an extra deposit though. I've been really pleased so far with everything. We've only had one repair although it was a pretty bad leak that had to be fixed so hopefully there won't be any more problems for awhile. I've already recommended them to another friend from the neighborhood and I think they are going to use them too.

They came out to the house the very next day after I called and I was very pleased with the service I got. They didn't think they could get as much for the property as I was hoping for though. Been very happy overall though.

My photos were the best in the FMLS! They use professional photographers and marketing people and it really helps set you apart. I went with them at a suggestions from my mom and have been very with the results. Definitely recommend checking them out if you need someone to help you find some renters.

Heard about them from my sister in law who owns a few rental properties. I was moving out of state and not in a position to sell. Thanks guided me through the process and everything proceeded pretty quickly. They came out and took some wonderful photos of my house and the ads looked fantastic. Would highly recommend.
