The customer service stops as soon as you sign papers!

I have had nothing but terrible and on going electrical and several other mechanical problems with my vehicle since the day I got it. Everytime I visit the service department it (my vehicle) comes back worse then before I took it there.

Everytime I would call to check on it, they would take messages, not return phone calls, or put me on hold for several minutes.



I would recommend taking your business elsewhere, The only good thing I have gotten out of my experience with them is a better credit rating (as they report every 30 days) However, most dealrships do this now anyways.
