Horrible service!!! Our college daughter stopped by on her way home from work to have her WHITE car washed because it had BLACK spa all over it. Because she is so young she didn't know that just washing the car wouldn't get the sap off. They didn't bother to inform her either. They washed the car and took her money. She got home and the car still looked awful. We drove back up there and they said, "You wanted your car washed, we washed your car, we can get the sap off for $150.00". And wouldn't refund her money. Since the sap was so obvious and easy to see and feel I asked them why didn't they tell her ahead of time that the car wouldn't come clean just being washed? They said, "SHE should have asked!" Not many 20 year old girls know that sap can't be washed off!!! We stopped by Mr. Clean car wash on Shallowford Rd after leaving JEN car wash and Mr Clean said it was the worst sap problem that they have seen yet and that JEN Car Wash totally ripped her off. Mr. Clean said that the problem was so obvious and easily seen since the car was white they would have told my daughter ahead of time that the car wouldn't come clean just being washed! The people washing the cars at JEN car wash HAD to notice it and just said nothing!! And management did nothing!! 17.00 isn't a lot of money to a business but it is to a college kid!!!
