Won't use him again. He charged $80 for a repair on washer that lasted one week. When notified, he did not offer any sort of reimbursement.

John is the best around! I have unfortunately had to have him repair just about every appliance I own since we moved, Freezer, refrigerator, gas stove, gas dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. He comes when he says he will, charges VERY fair prices, and actually fixes things the first time. Can't go wrong!

Friendly, fair, fast, John appears to have over 25 yrs experience working for the big guts b4 venturing out on his own. Good thing too- he saved me from an overpriced, TERRIBLE company called ATL appliance repair. John saved me $70!! Awesome.
