My review is particularly about Michelle Roberts, the Kelly Education services lead. I had been inactive for months and needed to reapply in order to be put back on the list. After Michelle sent me the first step, I completed it and asked for the next step but she never responded for almost a month! I called her and she explained that she had been so busy, yet another two weeks went by, nothing! I walked into their office and she sure didn't seem busy to me! For some reason she just didn't want to attend to my application. Same thing happened when I applied for a temp job. I just wouldn't want her to treat anyone else the way she treated me. She should be focused on recruiting individuals who are willing to work and getting back to them on the status of their applications.

I have known of this company all of my business career and know it to be a reputable service to those looking for employment.
