I have used Kiwi services in the past and have been pleased with their services. My appointment window today was 9-11 and the technician arrived promptly at 9:00. I had a few spots in my carpet that I was unable to get out myself and they were able to remove them. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to others.

I have had our carpets cleaned by Kiwi for the last 8 yrs. We usually have them cleaned right before the Thanksgiving Holiday and any other time as needed. We have used Kiwi in the old house and our current home after the 2nd year here. Every time Kiwi has show and given outstanding service. I love the fact if you are not satisfied they will come back, and the warranty is an added bonus! They have good customer service all through out the cleaning process and their prices are great. Had my carpets cleaned by Kiwi last year in October.... they did great and beat the prices of everyone else i called by over $30. The carpets dried in no time and they looked wonderful. I just called to get them clean again using my one year carpet warranty, making it soooo worth it. My carpets are being cleaned again for only $40. Thank you Kiwi Services!

I have grandsons and they play all over the house, yes, they eat that way too. Kiwi cleans after them! I have been using Kiwi for 8+ years. I love the fact that the carpets dries in less than an hour. The house always smell better after a cleaning. When they rake my carpets, they look like new. The fact that they move my furniture is helpful, since I have a disability.

Kiwi carpet does a good job. I like that they vacuum as well as clean the carpets. I like the fact that the products that they use on the carpets are pet safe. I also like the fact that the carpets do not stay wet for a long time after the cleaning is fiished.

I am definitely a satisfied customer..,I've been with Kiwi services several years and I appreciate the customer service via phone along with the cleaning services.

Mold & mildew is not a problem with Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services. Other cleaning services use to much water that allows mold or mildew to grow especially in Georgia. Kiwi uses minimal moisture. The carpet is dry in just a few minutes. It is clean and smells fresh. They are great at working stains out with a variety of different solutions. The technicians are friendly and professional. Customer service is great. The one year warranty is wonderful.

I have used Kiwi every since I moved to GA. I originally tried the steam cleaning companies that left the carpet soaked for days. The Kiwi method does a spectacular job of cleaning my carpets (I have 2 dogs) and you don't have wet carpets for days after. I highly recommend this service. The warranty periods are a great savings.

Kiwi does a decent job of cleaning carpets. The year of ''warranty' cleanings that they offer after an initial full-price cleaning are a nice add-on and a great bargain. I have taken advantage of these warranty cleanings often as I have two young kids and a dog. One time this spring, though, I had booked a warranty cleaning to take place a couple of days before I was going to have a house full of guests staying at our house for a long weekend. I was really, really angry because Kiwi called to cancel just an hour before the scheduled cleaning and said that they couldn't re-book until the following week. I panicked because my carpets looked awful and I had a bunch of people coming to stay at my house in less than 48 hours. Anyway, I called back and told them that it was a completely unacceptable situation, and they eventually sent a technician to our house to do the carpet cleaning later that evening. I'm still a bit upset about the situation because I never received an apology, even after a wrote a letter to the company.

Kiwi is always dependable, on time, and thorough. The technicians are very accommodating and helpful. We have used them for years. The 1 Year Warranty program is great, it allows flexibility to clean up after parties or animals without any hassle. go Kiwi

I have used KIWI for several years and have always been happy and continue to go back for carpet cleaning needs. I have kids and pets so my carpets take a beating! They always show up on time, the staff is professional and courteous and they do a great job on the carpets. I like the $4 a room warranty they offer and will continue to use them.

We have used Kiwi Carpet Cleaning for many years. The service has always been exceptional. Although all the reps have been good in the past, our rep today, Bryan, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and very professional. The quality of his work and attention to detail was outstanding. The scheduler, Fairy, who I spoke with is very personable and customer service driven. I will continue to use Kiwi in the future and ask for my favorite Rep Bryan and Scheduler, Fairy. Kiwi keep up the good work!

This is not real carpet cleaning.

They cleaned 2 oriental rugs for me. Did a good job, an employee named Sara went out of her way to get them delivered to me in a timely fashion.
