I was a first time customer with this establishment and I was completely astonished by their lack of professionalism. I called in advance for pricing information and was told it would be $50 to $55 for each pet. I said "great!" and booked an appointment the same week. When I picked up my pets, I was told they would be $75 each! Obviously, I was utterly dumbfounded and expressed that I had been quoted a much different price. The groomer proceeded to tell me that the person who quoted me didn't know what he was talking about and that he should not be quoting customers. WOW. If that's the case, then why have him quote YOUR customers. I politely asked if there was anything that could be done about the price since the main reason I went there was for the price; she rudely shook her head. Not only that, she offered to trim there hair some more which made absolutely no sense. There is a clear lack of business ethics and apparently no communication between the staff.
