This office is a very well run practice that truly puts the PATIENT above everything else. From their front office, nurses, doctors, assistants, billing, EVERYONE treated my family so special and with such care. I am truly amazed that a doctors office like this exist in this day and time...I am just blown away. I felt like I was a celeberty or someone really important!!!! WOW!!!!!!

This practice was listed on my provider list so I called to make an appointment. I gave all of my insurance information to the man who made my appointment over the phone. I get to the office (with my sick infant in tow) to be told my appointment was scheduled for another day. Since the man messed up my scheduled appointment, they said they could squeeze me in. So I filled out the paperwork and gave the receptionist my insurance card only to be told they do not accept my insurance. I should have been told that over the phone when I called and gave my insurance information! I was very upset and frustrated! I took my sick baby out because the man I spoke to said they could see me. He was clearly not up to date on their practices. It was a huge hassle for me and I will never return there or recommend them to anyone I know.

Having Roseacea and sun damage all my life I have been to dermatologists all over the country. Dr. Knautz suggested a different medication and different laser treatments for my face and it looks better than ever. Also, they did not take my

insurance but the payment for my visit was only a few dollars more than my co-pay anyway so I got the doctor I wanted without having to pay a fortune! I also took my husband who is on medicare and he was treated so well that he actually does not mind going back and that is a miracle!
