Sales people at this location are not trustworthy. They were suppose to order a $50 part for our vehicle we purchased from them and gave us the run around. It's been 3 months and we have yet to receive this part.

I HATE THIS COMPANY! YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ENGAGE IN FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!



I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Their sales rep confirmed via email the car was "at least in good condition" at the time of sale. When I received the car, this was anything but the case. My car required over $6,600 in necessary repairs in order for the vehicle to just pass inspection. There was also thousands of other dollars of repairs that needed to fix but I could not have them fixed at the moment for financial reasons (e.g. they told me the car's GPS system was working and it does not work at all).



When I contacted the dealership to see if they would pay for the repairs, they refused to pay for any of the repairs. They also dared myself to pursue this matter in court. I have sued this company for their fraudulent activity. I will keep you all updated as to the outcome of the case.

Terrible experience! Drove 3.5 hours to a car I was lead to believe was in LUXURY condition, based off of professional fake photos of this Ford Edge SEL with 18k miles...I didn't even drive the car because it looked as though it were wrecked in the passenger side, deep scratches, both front and rear end looked like it were hit...chrome wheels were chunked...salesman, Felix, sorry bud, but much more training is needed...the finance guy, aka the appraiser...made no eye contact and made the test drive of my trade look like a NASCAR RACE....



I didn't even drive the car I went there to buy...had no desire based on the poor condition of it...the car would take 2500-3500 to get the car to look normal...sad.



Bad experience, bad service, bad salesmanship, bad presentation....bad, bad dealership.



Stay away.
