Awesome food, excellent employees. They are open all of the time don't believe yelp that says they are closed at Johnston ferry and roswell rd

This is the worst restaurant in East Cobb. I've lived here for 25 years, and I have seen restaurants come and go, but I have to say I'm amazed that Mediterranean Grill on Johnson Ferry is still open. Let me sum it up for you: Terrible atmosphere - Overcrowded, dirty, loud. Bland food - Greasy plates made from sub-standard ingredients from Kroger (or worse). No customer service - Surly cashier, pick up your own food, bus your own booth and plates. Expensive - 2 adults and one child - $25. I won't be back, and I'm looking forward to what fills this space next.
