Sometimes you are safer taking a taxi than you are if you call 911 and get Metro. My brother wasn't so lucky when I called them back in 2014. They completely ignored the FACT that he was in Respiratory distress. They wanted him to get up and walk to the stair chair....he couldn't breathe let alone walk. They stood there for 23 min telling him to slow down his breathing like he could control it and to get up when he couldn't. He ended up posturing and died shortly after. I got the care report and was disturbed by the info that was omitted and incorrect (dare I say FALSE) They tried to conceal lack of care. Had to file with DPH before I could get a mtg with Metro. They were concerned over lack of documentation. I was concerned over the lack of proper assessment, care, and treatment. Read the full review on google as I only have so many characters
