My husband was staying at this facility, Mrs. Grey was byond helpful, any rehab facility like this is totally the individuals responsibility to seek a sober life, It is very clean and affordable, although he was mandated by the court, he used no alcohol at all, there are individuals that choose to violate the rules, however if the person is honestly seeking help and not just staying here because of the court order, this is a good place for those who need it and don't have the insurance to supplement the expense, even when we were late paying, there was never an issue , I would highly recommend New Transitions.

This place is a joke. My husband was court mandated to go to a rehab so we found this place. He has finally got home after 6 months of being there and started to be honest with me. The first night there he was using, and used throughout his time there. He was never drug tested nor one time had attend a meeting. All the owner Barbara Grey is worried about is money. My husband didn't have a "house manager" 4 months out o the 6 he was there. This place should really be shut down.
