This is the best shoe repair shop I have ever been to. They are consistently honest, extremely good results, no matter what you issues are, they meet and exceed expectations.

I needed to get a lift on my right boot about a year ago and came to this shop and thought theht price was too high. I decided to go to East Lake shoe Repair. the Asian lady and the guy told me they could put on a half one lift on my right boot for a bit less. WoW! When i came to pick it up it looked and felt horrible. When i would stand straight up... the front part of the heel touched the ground but the back part of the heel was in the air. I tried to go back to them but they refused to do anything about it. Naturally, I decided to never go back to them. Instead, I came here and asked them to fix it and they did (for a price) a fantastic job. I have been bringing all of my shoes and boots to thes shop for one year and they so the best job every time!! And they have coupons!!!

They did such a wonderful job with the new soles on my husbands Cole Hann shoes- my husband thought that I went and just bought these.
