After using Popps for ferlitilization and weed control maintenance for a couple of years, my beautiful zoysia lawn is now the ugliest on my street. This spring I noticed my lawn was struggling to rebound and grow, except for tons of weeds. I called Popps ttrying to get them come out and check it but all I ever got was a form letter in email describing how our harsh winter had damaged many lawns this year. I call several times a week for a full month and the only person I ever got to speak with was the secretary. I finally called a different service and come to find out my lawn was infected with zoysia patch. The new service treated the fungus and the weeds, and my lawn is now slowly recovering. I knew Popps was more expensive than the national chains, but I thought it would be a case of 'you get what you pay for', but boy I was wrong. If you want to pay more than the average rate for poor lawn fertilization and week control, be ignored when you call and watch your lawn slowly deteriorate, then Popps is the service for you.
