Unbeatable Service.

I have tried couple of Limousine companies in Atlanta but the friendly service I enjoyed from these Guys is uncomparable. The drivers are very friendly,helpful and understandable.

I rented a SUV as my get-away car for my wedding, only to get a cancellation email 3 days later. I was told they accidentally doubled booked and would call me with a solution... I still haven't heard from them and no one will answer the phone at the office.

NO STARS!!!! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! THE LIMO HAD NEVER SHOWED UP!!! CALLED FOR A REFUND AND ANSWERED RUDELY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T THINK ILL EVER GET A REFUND??? I THOUGH IT WAS OPENED 24/7???? WTF!!!!! MIGHT REPORT TO THE POLICE!!!! I RENTED 2 LIMOS AND NETHER SHOWED UP THE TOTAL WAS ABOUT $400 SOMETHING $!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER CALL, EVER!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I CANT GIVE IT 0 STARS :( B/C I HAVE TO GIVE IT AT LEAST 1 :(

I had the worst possible experience with this company. I requested a quote on their website for pick up from my and my soon-to-be wife's wedding reception to our home. They sent a quote to my email within 15 minutes with an incredible rate for a 6 person PAX limo. However, when I called to book, the person who answered (claiming to be the owner) told me he would not honor the quote his company emailed me, claiming I had gotten the quote from a third party site. When I explained I had not, he told me he would look into it and give me a call right back. After half an hour, I called back, assuming he had gotten sidetracked. He told me that because our wedding is during prom season, the price would be 6X what the original quote was for! He then proceeded to YELL AND CUSS at me when I confronted him about honoring his original price quote (Direct quote from him, "I do not have to put up with this s*** from you!"), then told me he refused to do business with ME! I hung up in a rage, and 20 minutes later found a company who would honor the original price quote for a better limo just because it is for my wedding. I will NEVER use this company, and strongly urge ANYONE to STAY AWAY! Dishonest and disrespectful service is not the way to stay in business. Absolutely horrible!

There is no gainysaying the fact that RELIABLE LIMOUSINE is the number one in Atlanta. I had a pleasant and Friendly service from these Guys and the fare was very reasonable.

I was used to CAREY which was very expensive but Reliable Limousine is very competitive.

I tried these Guys yesterday and they were able to prove it to me that they have a better service than other Limousine companies that I have used. They showed up at my drive way on time, driver assisted me with my Bags and we had a cool ride to the Airport. The charges was very competitive and nice. I give you Guys 100%
