Had we been made aware of your displeasure with the services provided prior to payment and your leaving we would have taken immediate measures to resolve the matter. However, your payment, along with your tip, positive feedback, and allowance to take photos led us to believe you were thoroughly satisfied the services rendered. While this review comes as a shock, we hope you are able to find a salon/stylist that meets your needs in the future.

I received the worst haircut of my life at Salon Joiere. Please save your hair, money, and tears and go somewhere else. I worked for months to grow out my hair, but needed a cut and style. I clearly expressed that I wanted my hair to be past my shoulders. She cut the hair on the side at my ears, and long and uneven in the back. She gave me a mullet. She asked if it was too short at the end, but at that point it was too late. I had to answer that it was fine or I would have burst out in tears. I cried the whole way home. She never discussed her prices. After cutting my hair, she asked if I would like to be styled. I said yes. After cutting, she washed and dried my hair. She charged me $45 for a haircut, and an additional $55 to wash and dry it. After a 25% new client disc. & a $3 payment processing fee, my total was $78. I couldn't think to argue with the charge because I was in the verge of tears at the horror of my hair.

She is easy to speak to and listens to her customers hair goals, something that is very important to me. She is sincere about satisfying her customers expectations of perfect hair.



Inside the Salon Joiere, it is comfortable and I did not have to worry about the usual salon "politics". Having a one-on-one experience gives the feeling of having their own personal stylist. CJ gives that luxury experience without the outrageous prices. I also love the fact that she has discounts for referrals, birthdays, new clients, STUDENTS (like myself) and many many. I am completely satisfied with my hair extensions and will definitely be returning to Salon Joiere. Please reference this Review if you ever visit! Thanks!
