I experienced very shady billing practices from Soft Touch Medical. I utilized and paid for their services in 2013. Over 1 year later I received a bill for the exact same amount as I had paid a year prior. They claimed that I used their service for additional days and that through an error on their end they neglected to bill me timely. Of course, over a year after I used their services I no longer had the paperwork showing the precise dates I used their services. So it was pay the bill or get sent to collection. In my opinion this was suspect and shady however, I offered to split the amount of the bill, which was small, with them as a compromise. They refused and told me they have four years to recover. I feel extorted. If you use their services, keep all paperwork they give you for four or five years so this doesn't happen to you.

Where to start. Let's see, my child is feed by an NG tube only. They do not ship supplies on time which caused me to have to re-use a feeding bag that is only good for 24 hours. They delivered to the incorrect address twice which caused me to have to wait for a replacement. They sent me the wrong feeding bags and I have had to have my son's feeding machine replaced twice in 30 days. I have no idea why they even bother to make notations on your account if they do not even bother to read them.



As i am typing this I am currently waiting for the correct bags to arrive and a new feeding machine. My son who is on a 10 hour continuous feed has not ate since 6AM
