These units are bug and roach infested.

The stafff members are liars.

I moved into one of these units after speaking to their staff members when I asked them such questions like, do you have bugs and roaches? They stated they did not have an issue. Before I even unpacked my boxes within a week I had to seal the boxes I had opened, and repack my things because the roaches and large bugs were ridiculous. These things were coming out of the stove, fridge, oven, cupboards, cracks in the wall, bathroom, climbing on my premature baby's toys, crib, my sofa, chairs tv, they were even in my computer and laptop, I had to box everything up and get the hell out of there before it was too late.

The floors were uneven underneath the carpeting, the locks on the doors were not secure, units had gas instead of electricity, the refridgerater was not up to par, the side door railings were missing and before I moved in they said they would fix/replace it, underneath the stove that was another story. When I moved the stove and fridge to clean behind them the roaches and bugs had built a small village, it was as if they were the ones paying the rent in this place. The tile on the floor behind these appliances was not installed properly, it seems as if they just glued where you could see and left the hidden sections incomplete and when I told them about it at the leasing office they did nothing about it.



I lasted 23 days, yes I was out of there within a month. While there they sprayed the unit 3 times, it did not help at all.

I spoke with 6 people from different buildings and they ALL STATED THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH BUGS AND ROACHES and that the only reason they were there is because it was cheap.



People move into a homeless shelter before moving here.
