The owner of this Salon has successfully managed this business for 35 years...I would say that speaks for it self. The staff works hard to stay on time. Occasionally circumstances arrive that are beyond control. Great place to get your hair done!!!!

I had gone here for 5 years and loved the way my hair always turned out. Jenni does the BEST job. The salon is clean and in a good location, they've also done their best to keep it up. However, the manager wants their stylists to squeeze in as many clients as possible. It's so ridiculous and a bad reflection on the salon. The last time I went there was about 3 months ago. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. The owner's sister takes care of the front desk and told me that Jenni was still busy with the previous customer. I am always understanding and waited. I waited 45 minutes and FINALLY got called back to the station. As I sat down, I heard the previous customer saying she was sorry she was "30 minutes late"!!! The salon should have told her to come back another time since she was so late! I shouldn't have been punished for it! My time is valuable and I no longer have time to waste for other customer's being late. If you do go here, ask for Jenni. She does the best job and it's such a shame that she has to work at such an unprofessional salon.
