I received a "dinged" anti gravity water filter, for which I paid full price.

I requested a replacement, which H2O said I could not have since they did not take returns.

I asked to speak to manager.

Receptionist continually said her manager was out of the office.

I sent emails. I asked for return phone calls. No one ever responded.

In email I stated that if I could not return item, then could I have a 10% credit on future purchase of replacement cartridge for the water filter: a reasonable request since they will continue to get my business & I will have customer satisfaction.

No response.

I'd say don't do business with them. They are very rude.
