Frank does amazing work. He did two projects for me. First, he repair two leather handles that came lose. His repair made the case stronger. It's better than need. Second he repaired a $120 pair of sandals that had just fallen apart over the years. He put a new sole on and reinforced the straps. They are better than new and ready for another 5 years of use. The guys a master!

I have been going to this place for almost three year now and I have never been disappointed with their great service. The quality of their work is absolutely flawless and the people there are very kind and warm. They also do clothing alterations and other leather goods besides shoes and luggage. I once had them repair my horse saddle and belts.
