I would not recommend this chiropractor due to shady business practices as well as poor chiropractic services. I went into the Marietta location as I was having back problems. I was told by the front desk staff that I had two options for visits. I could sign up for one year and pay $49 per month or just do one month for $59. I just wanted to go for one month as I didn’t want to sign up for a yearly contract, so I signed up for what I thought was just one month for $59. I stopped going because I wasn’t getting any relief from the pain. Also, the adjustments were very fast and not done well. I checked my Health Savings account a few months later and noticed a recurring charge of $59 per month for 3 months. I went into the Joint to complain. They explained to me that the $59 charge was recurring as I had signed a contract and had to give a 30 day notice to cancel my account. I was NOT told I was signing up for monthly charges when I originally came in and wasn’t at all told that there was a 30 day cancellation policy. I told the staff that I wasn’t told this information about cancellation and they acted as if it was my fault. I have always been told that the customer is always right. They refused to return any of the charges and were very rude to me. I went to another chiropractor as my back was still hurting and he actually did x-rays of my back and found that I had a herniated disc from an accident several years ago. The adjustments I received at the Joint were poor quality compared to the one I am seeing now. I would not recommend the Joint to anyone. Seek help elsewhere.
