Don’t use this service! Their always late for picks ups, and they don’t even call to let you know. It’s not even the employees fault, I can tell it’s on the managements end. They make these poor EMTs run schedules where they need to pick up two patients at a time! Not to mention every time I call up there, I get the run around from whoever answers. They barley provide a service. There are so many other non emergency companies to choose from to get to dialysis. I highly recommend anyone but these guys. Maybe someone with more experience in business .
