ANDY MULLINS formally of Versatile Automotive Performance in Marietta/Lawrenceville GA is a CON a LIAR and a THIEF! He is known as a mechanic of tuners and performance motors. He took our car on 3/3/16. We gave him $3525 for parts for repairs and upgrades on our 2005 WRX STi. He kept our car 21 WEEKS and NEVER did the repairs. Never bought the parts. Stole our money and tried to say we owed him MORE money when I got the Police involved. Had to have our car towed home and our motor was recovered disassembled by Lawrenceville Police Department on 8/12/16. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!! DO NOT HIRE HIM!!

My car was brought in to have a catalytic converter replaced. The mechanic on duty did so, and the owner told me I also needed the O2 sensor replaced. When I drove the car off the lot, the car was behaving as if it was not getting enough gas. I pulled over, called te shop and was told I needed a tune up and bring it back when I could. I had a tune up done, that was not the issue. I took it to a certified mechanic, who put the correct O2 sensor in the car and showed me where the sensor put in by Versatile had been altered to fit which was why the car wasn't getting enough gas. When we called to discuss this, the owner was full of excuses and refused to work with us on making it right. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
