Had great service from Nalley. Dyer and Dyer does not know how to answer the darn phone, I tried for 45 minutes to get parts for a car and they dont know how to answer! ticks me off!

I took my daughter's care to Nalley Volvo and the first impressions were horrible. Customer Service was very unfriendly. The individual we had an appointment with was late by 30 minutes. When I was told by the other service representative, who waited on us while we waited for our appointment representative to show, that the diagnostics was going to be $108.00, I mentioned that Dyer and Dyer charged only $89.00. The response was, "That is another dealer, which means that the Volvo dealerships are NOT competitive.



Because of time constraints we were forced to leave the car to be repaired. The car was in the shop for three days being repaired. The first day the wrong part was sent and therefore the car had to be kept over night. Then when we tried to call the service department representative, he would not return our calls. Again, we had to leave the car over night.



I am very unhappy with the service and they charge twice what Dyer and Dyer charges. In addition, I got better customer service from Dyer & Dyer. They may be farther away from our house, but I'll never go back to Nalley Volvo.

This was a very bad experience. I bet Clark Howard would have a fit if he heard about this.



This was an expensive lesson, so please do not make the same mistake we made. Customer service is very important and it is not happening at Nalley.
