My boyfriend took our 2 schnauzers Bailey and Cooper there last week. Great service and great results. Definitely we will be back..

very rude and unprofessional. The counter lady has a dirty foul mouth and does not know how to treat customers.

Personally as a groomer from this side of things, I want to thank you for standing up for us. We appreciate your understanding of how our profession can be seen as something easy to do. Because we put a lot of time, positive emotion, and labor to give the pet its best look depending on the pet's temperament as well as the condition of the pet's fur when they come in the shop.

Well actually, I take both my dogs there and have never been disappointed with the services. They are always very organized and know my babies by name. They make it feel like a very personable atmosphere and always get the grooms done in a timely manner. I don't understand how you can talk so bad about a shop that has done nothing but take care of your baby and perform a very difficult service. If you are so unhappy with the services then go buy your own clippers and groom your dog yourself. Because it is very clear that no shop is going to make you happy. Wiggly butts has very reasonable price and the quality of the grooms are excellent. If you go anywhere else you are guaranteed to be paying twice as much for the steps taken to make your dog look good.

HORRIBLE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.I spoke with the owner when I called to schedule the appointment and was quoted a price of $40.00. When I arrived to drop Gracie off, they could not find her file anywhere....the office is very unorganized. I explained (again) how I wanted her hair cut making sure to cut and thin out her tail. I made sure they had 2 contact numbers and they said they will call as soon as she is ready to pick up, it would be 12 or 12:15. At 1:00 I had not heard from them so I called....I was told, yes she has been ready since 11:45 !! She was left in a cage because they "forgot" to call me. I arrived to pick her up, her tail was not groomed at all and I was charged $50.00 when I ask why, I was told she has a lot of hair. REALLY?!?! I will never go back to this place....

New to the area and took my two spoiled rotten standard Goldendoodles here. Got them in on the same day I called. Must say that they have never looked as good as they did when I picked them up! So happy I found this place. I will be back!

Very sweet shop. I brought my 5 month cocker there this morning. Let me tell you, I called all over to find the perfect place for my puppy. I found it! Wiggly Butts was so sweet and gentle with my puppy. He looks fantastic. We will be returning in 8 weeks!

Great little shop! The owner was sweet as could be. My dogs came back happy and smelled great. The shop didn't smell like dogs and I got in with no trouble :) happy!!! Will be back!!

i am ashamed of your post and you should be to i am a loyal customer of wiggly butts i have been bringing stella may to them for a little over two years and i happen to know wiggly butts uses only the top shampoos on the market and also offer all natural shampoos ms sofia like you said they were overbooked and your dog needed a hair cut BADLY and they were kind enough to take you in last minute on the day before a holiday i am also a bichon owner i happen to know the difference between a trim and a full hair cut obviously you dont half an inch off is a full groom i have always been satisfied with my baby stella mays grooms as well as a few of my friends who also use wiggly butts i have always found them to be very professional friendly and organized i feel you are just wanting something for nothing some people like yourself you just cant make happy regardless how good you are to them my advice is to take your little puppy somewhere cheaper which is what sounds like your underlying issue is with your experience at wiggly butts but just remember you get what you pay for

I booked a last minute appointment with Wiggly Butts on the day before the 4th of July. My Bichon needed a haircut BADLY and I had had no time before to take him. They were really flexible in taking him in even though they were completely booked out for the day, which was very nice of them. However, when I arrived at their shop I was shocked by how unorganized it was. I thought that maybe they had just moved to a new location, but I'm not so sure about that now. Anyway, I told them to just give him a TRIM, and to cut AT MOST half an inch off his hair. I wrote it down on a paper that they made me fill out and I spoke with the groomer (which they had just one of, by the way) and told her that specifically. When I went to pick him up, they had given him a FULL haircut and they wanted to charge me $50 for it! I had been quoted $40-$45 for a TRIM, and that's what I had asked for. I didn't tell them to give him a full cut, so I said I wasn't paying $50 for it. She told me that "Bichon's are a lot of work" and that's what it would cost, but that she would leave it at $45. Let's just say I was REALLY disappointed at how arbitrary their pricing seems to be. When I lived in FL, I took my dog to a first-class groomer that used organic grooming products, and would only charge $35 for a trim and $45 for a full cut. This place is overpriced and they don't do what you ask them to do. Not coming here again.

I never have written a review before, but I was very impressed by the kindness of the staff at Wiggly Butts Grooming. It was the first time for me to bring our 2 new poodle rescues for a groom since we adopted them in January. I had read their reviews before going and felt I could trust them with my "babies", Oscar and Olive. Everyone was so sweet and gave us special attention when we arrived. Both dogs were ready for pick up in a couple of hours and were fresh and clean smelling. Both Oscar and Olive had bandannas on and Olive was adorned with bows as well. You could tell that the groomers love dogs and are attentive to your needs. We will see them again for our next groom.

After reading all the reviews, i am taking it upon myself to do a review of my own. ( this is the first review for me EVER). My little Yorkie is a very very special part of my life and it takes a special person for me to trust my baby with. Bobby is the first and only groomer i have found that my baby likes and runs to her door when we get there. This means a lot to me. PS. my ex is a groomer and i wouldnt even let her touch my puppy. Give her a try and i promise you won't regret it.

My little puppy loves to go to wiggly butts. She knows every one. I trust them with her. She stay there all day long when she goes in. They dont drug dogs. They care for every dog that comes in as its there own. I till every one i know to bring there dog of all ages there.

Barbara and Charlie, the owners of Wiggly Butts runs their shop with love and kindness. My dog were one of the first customers, and we love the treatment our girl get there, and we are regulars. There have even been times where they have kept our dog longer because we had an errand to do. Our dog loves them, and I would recommend them to people with small as well as big dogs. When our dog was diagnosed with cancer, it never entered my mind not to bring her, I totally trust them.

Wigglly Butts Grooming is a great place to bring pets, I have been bringing my dogs there since the shop was opened, I have never had a problem there and the staff are all very knowledgeable about grooming. My older dog was a little disagreeable and the staff advised me to take him to the vet to help him calm down if I thought it would help because they never medicate animals but will use a harness if needed for safty , after the first couple grooms my dog was used to the groomer and didnt need to see our vet, I would recommend this groomer to all of my friends and family I was reading other reviews I was appauled to read the review about the puppy , this was very hard to believe and I am inclined to think that this was an exageration or a disgruntled employee because we have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness.

Wiggly Butts is the best! My Zach was so happy with his grooming. Although he doesn't like getting his ears plucked or his toes done he asked to go back to Wiggly Butts. He loved the way he was treated even though I know he isn't always a good boy when it comes to getting groomed. He is a loves he got lots of it ! He can't wait to go back for his next grooming.

My large dogs aren't crazy about having their toenails trimmed, but the folks at Wiggly Butts Groomers successfully helped my dog start to overcome her fear and her nails look much better - no more clicking on the floor. The shop owners are very professional and definitely care about animals. Their location is very convienent to Marietta or Kennesaw. 5 Stars!

This groomer is a small, personable shop. My standard poodle picked up on their love for animals immd'ly. My pup was hiding more knots that I suspected and the groomer worked them all out w/out charging anything extra. Very nice. Very respectful of animals. Very affordable. I will only use Wiggly But(t)s in the future!
