does great work at the cheapest price in the area. they did two rotors, a brake caliper, and a set of brake pads for a little less than $200. who else would do that for that price?! the only negative about the place is that they are always constantly busy (due to the great work at a great price) and takes time for them to get your vehicle in.

I've had my cars and trucks in several times. Great service. Very reliable. I've decided I will always try John's first. They are usually busy and can't get me in right away, but that's just a sign how good they are and how many others know a good service shop too.

Called in for a quote to have oil pan gasket replaced, and was trying to explain the the person what I have done already, and he kept interupring me. When I pointed out he kept interutping, I was hung up on.

This business should cater to the customers' needs instead of not listening to the customers.
