Everyone at McCarthy Dentistry made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Would recommend them to anyone!

Can't believe how little they care about their patients. Our dentist merged with their practice and they decided not to inform anyone that they don't accept the same insurances. I'm now being charged full price for a 3 yr old's exam and cleaning that should have been 100% covered. I've also spent a lot of money there out of pocket for myself because I don't have dental. I'm appalled at how this was treated. I know it is partly my fault but they care more about money than retaining patients. They could have at least done something but they said it's not their fault and I signed the pay agreement. Even my insurance company was surprised they weren't willing to work with me.

The staff are super nice. However, not even a year after I had multiple cavities filled, I went to another dentist with tooth pain (was out of town) and the xrays revealed that almost all of my fillings were falling apart in my mouth. The dentist said that the cavities were filled using a "minimally invasive" technique that saves more tooth, but does not last as long. Also, he said the composite used to fill them looked like the the wrong viscosity material. Now I'm having to have them refilled only months after they were originally filled (there goes another grand $$).
