usually are able to get to me in a reasonable time but they no longer run 24/7. they in fact are closed on sundays and only run to 5 pm on every other day. some of their drivers still smoke in the cars. its southern ohio so what do you expect.

I never had a problem with these people and have had a great experience. The people are very nice. I have been taken an hour away from my home for appointments and haven't had no problems and arrived on time or earlier so that's a plus. The people are very easy to talk to. I don't have one complaint about these company!!!

The person who answered the call is rude. It sounds like I own her some money. She said it will take 40 minutes to pick me up. They refused to pick me up after I ask them to give me a call if the driver arrive.

Never used them before but I'm giving this rating due to an an experience I had with a very overweight driver with the company. I was at the Second Street Speedway in Marietta and he was behind me blabbing about being excited to go to a strip club after work and then I felt him creep up behind me and smell the back of my neck! Unless its a absolute last resort I will not be using them if I'm in a pinch. If those are the kind of people they hire I want no part of it! Totally disgusting and wrong on so many levels!

Not only are the people who answer their phones rude. But even if u call in a timed pick up. They are late. And when u ask what's going on they tell u oh well they will get there when they get there. They are in professional and never dependable. I recommend never using this cab company.

The guy that answers the phone is rude. They normally have one driver, and it takes normally over an hour to get a cab. The drivers have always been kind and apologetic! The need more drivers. I've waited an hour to be picked up finally got tired of waiting and they got mad because when they came to get me I wasn't there. They had told me if it happens again they wouldn't pick me up. Now I give them a call if I end up taking off on foot.
