Great customer service. They have worked their butts off keeping our power on during the TD Bill flooding. You guys rock!

Not real happy with this company. Was told that even though I have had service in OKC for years I would still have to pay a 400.00 electric deposit, was also told that once I had paid for 12 months on time that I would get my deposit back. It's the 12th month and I called rrvrea about getting my deposit back since I have paid on-time or early every month only to be told we only credit your account. I'm just like they were 12 months ago when they wanted their 400.00 deposit up front, I want my 400.00 deposit back to me at one time and not spread out over the next 6 to 7 months. If it was 100.00 no big deal keep it and use it towards my bill but there is a pretty large difference in 100.00 and 400.00 at least there is for me. So when they tell you on the phone oh you will get your deposit back just plan on it being spread out over the next serveral months, they sure didn't let me pay the deposit that way. It's just their policy!!!
