The 2 gentlemen who deliver my mail are very friendly and always take care of my packages. In fact, when I moved to town they asked me where I preferred them. Always smiling and friendly. The people in the office can have an off day but for the most part, also very friendly. I say kudos for doing a thankless job. So much is expected from them and so few actually take the time to appreciate it.

Worst post office in Lancaster county. They rarely ever leave a notice if they can't deliver. You have to eventually look up the tracking number to see that " Oh, they tried to drop it off 2 days ago but couldn't and says they left a notice. I never got a notice."

Then when you go there the next morning to pick it up before work, (leave waaaay early) they take, on average about 10 to 15 min to find your package because the staff moves slower than a vcr tape on 5x slow motion. That is if they can find it. I've had 2 packages that they lost and never found. Beyond incredible how incompetent they are over there

One star is too many. I thought the worst possible customer service was available at the Maytown Post Office. Wrong. It's worse at Marietta. It's worth moving out of town to get away from this incompetence. Could not have WORSE customer service. Absolutely horrific service. Can't state that clearly enough. And do they care? Nope.
