After his family practice residency, he completed a fellowship in community medicine at San Francisco General Hospital and then practiced in Berkeley, California before joining Montage Medical Group. Dr. Gjeltema has been a family physician for more than 25 years and his practice interests include preventing disease and geriatric care.
