They recommended different tires than I usually would get and my truck not only looks better but drives a lot smoother too. Great experience.

I called Marina after my starter stopped working and they gave me a good quote over the phone. Once we got the car in there they fixed it fast and the price was exactly what they said. We would come back again.

So happy to finally find an honest car place in the area. They have good hours, a little play area for the kids, and water and coffee. I was charged a great price and not upsold. Location is near food and shopping in case you need a chunk of work done! Run by a Navy vet and very friendly

I couldn't disagree more with the other review; I loved this place! The guys are very nice, the prices are amazing and the service is quality. As a woman, auto shops make me nervous-- you never know who will rip you off. But these guys didn't try to upsell me on anything; in fact, they gave me a great discount on my brand new tires, which are high performance and usually expensive. And an oil change is about $30! They also accept the Monterey Locals Card for a 10% discount off of anything. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on.

This company is terrible. They are way too expensive and the mechanics are incompetent. The list on what they did for me, or better yet what they didn't do, is way too long. They tried charging me $5000.00 for parts and labor that I didn't need. I had my vehicle towed to another mechanic who fixed my vehicle for $800.00. The tow truck driver felt so bad for recommending this company to me that he towed my vehicle for free to the other mechanic shop in Monterey. No one should give this company their business. Not only was the business bad, the manager was also very unprofessional and rude. Check the BBB on this company to see my full complaint against them.
