Too bad such a beautiful salon like this has poor service and unknowledgeable staff trained in insulting the intelligence of their customers!
First they send these great expensive flyer's by mail with coupons to get you in the new store, once you go into redeem them the staff fails to inform you that you can only use one of the coupons. At this point they should have informed the customer; once you redeem one of these coupons you will not be eligible for use on any others due to the small print hidden marketing tactic that the coupons are for NEW CUSTOMERS, and once you have come in and given them your information and completed a single tanning session you are considered NO LONGER A NEW CUSTOMER, thus not able to redeem any other of the coupons except maybe a discount on tanning lotions.
I'm fine with this as long as I was informed up front, because I would have better chosen what coupon to use!
After explaining this to the staff I was given the usual blank stare I'm used to getting with them when asking such hard-hitting questions like these! Unfortunately, I will succumb to this salon when I don't have time to go to straight shooters like Sunset Tan :/
