Booked six months in advance of trip, chose them because we wanted a partucular set of bikes to hire

Assured us they would supply requested models. Set me email claiming we hadn't paid when I sent proof they did not come back to me to confirm I had to phone the US from the UK they had lost track of payment. Checked again a week before we left to confirm all OK with bikes we wanted . They asked for our filght details to collect us from the airport sent by return Email

Arrived from the UK no pick!! Had to take Taxi to Shop, 3 identical bike none of which were the requested or promised models!! Completely different in fact, about the only Harley I didn't want to ride. Their attitude was indifferen!, To bad these are the only ones we have! then couldn't be bother to give us a lift to Hotel a mile away even though they hadn't collected us from the airport as stated on their website..

Felt like they didn't care & had deliberatly decived us to get our business as they had ample oppertunity to let us know they couldn't gwet the bikes they promised. They know once you are over there, there is nothing you can do!!

Do not trust this company & their "claimed" laid back approach mean they acutually aren't bothered about their customers. Do not use them!!!!
