I seem Sherri. She claims to be a teacher at Paul mitchel but she only teaches acrylic about 1x every 3 months. I asked for and ombre and for it to look wry suttle and natural. I had red roots( which I warned her would happen without extra care). The rest looked like I had grown out a dye job a couple inches and wa streaky like a 12 yr old dyed it and missed some spots. She said she would fix it so I came back. She proceeded to dye my hair again. Again with red tint and bleach the bangs and color them several times. The whole time she was so distracted by country music and worrying about ur kids showing up for their hair cuts that she obviously didn't pay attention to what I was asking for. The first time I was in there for 4 hours and the second I was there for 6. I was also out 80 for this treacherous experience. Also I watched anoth girl in ther doing a 40 something year olds hair. She came in with brassy blonde, dark roots and lots of grey. And left with the exact same color she just had less roots but it was still black roots at the top. I would not only not reccomend this place but I made this account because I felt I had the duty to warn ppl about these crappy hack jobs. Ruined my hair.
